Growing up within the A&A Fence & Iron, a family-owned and operated business, Dalton’s journey culminated in his well-deserved promotion to CEO/owner in 2020.

No, we do not. We don’t make any generalizations when it comes to our clients or their projects.

Each and every project is unique and we strive to provide the best solution at the best budget for our clients every time.

Some projects may have conditions that require some extra time and care to get to 100% while others may be textbook and straightforward.

What that means is that we take our time to make each proposal unique and we cannot provide a “general per foot” cost.

We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on all new installs and most repairs. We also will make the client aware of any manufacturer warranties and will help register them as well.

We require a 50% deposit for most projects with the balance due at the time of work completion.

For our commercial and industrial clients, we are happy to discuss terms prior to work starting.

Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, and most types of credit cards.

Kindly note that credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee and should be requested in our initial discussion. 

But of course! We do remove and dispose of your existing fence.

It is recommended to check if any permits are required as we are not responsible for obtaining permits.

We do call 811 before every job to mark public utilities, but if you are concerned there may be private utilities in the work area such as sprinklers, electric lines, sewer, etc. then it is recommended to contact a private utility locator prior to work start.

Lastly it is important to temporarily relocate any landscaping that is to be preserved from the work area before work starts.
